My mom goes to the hospital for infection. Shes recovered and is to be released now Bryant Shapiro bullies us telling us she cant return. Theres no explanation and now all of a sudden out of the blue they insist 24hr care even though we already provide aids to ensure shes fed. Shes caused no harm or disturbance to any other resident or staff. Theres no basis for sudden changes and demand by Ahole Bryant Shapiro This bullying behavior is unacceptable avoid this facility and if I where atria I would consider hiring more collaborative staff

I would not recommend this place unless your loved one was able to care for him or herself. My husband, who had Alzheimer's, was a resident for less than a month when he sustained a fall and had to be hospitalized. He was often left to roam or to sit alone soiled and without the benefit of bathing or clean clothes. It was only because I visited him every day that these things were insisted upon. Beware of sales talk and false promises from the social worker. All they want is your money. The supposed 'trained' staff is the same staff that serves the meals . No professional training here. They kept my $7,000 deposit and only refunded me a partial amount for the month he was in residence. All told, it was a lesson in 'Let the buyer beware.'
