I am do very glad my aunt is leaving this place. I have called several times for my aunt, only to find out my messages have not been delivered. My aunt doesn't have a personal phone since she just got there 2 weeks ago. I called today because my Father passed away and I need to tell her. I was told to call back in 15 minutes. So I did. At that time they took the message and informed me that the case manager would call me back. 1.5 hours later I called back and the case manager is at lunch. This is horribly slack and non compassionate. If this business can't get this correct I can only imagine how good the care could possibly be. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY ARE INEPT TO SAY THE LEAST. DUCH
