Pine Valley Center-Rehabilitation & Nursing

I worked at Pine Valley many years ago ,before it was renovated . I remember when it was sold, I worked under the new owners. I left because of the mistreatment of some of the elderly patients, by the night nursing aids. I called NY state and informed them of the abuse of the patients and they did investigate. I left soon after because of my growing family. My biggest regret was not contacting the family members of the victims. I can only warn others to make sure to stay on top of your family members care.

Positive environment, cleanliness and the best staff. All Are so caring and loving to the residents. Lots of activities in and out in the community. Pine Valley is the best NH and Assisted Living in the area. I highly recommend for your loved ones who will receive the best care. The comment below from Paulina should be removed because her comments are untrue and has nothing to do with Pine Valley the facility. I greatly apologize to The wonderful Administrator and Awesome team that an angry employee of mine who is only a private vendor and is not a direct employee of Pine Valley would write such. Review. As mentioned above this facility is A plus and is highly recommendable. Lesson learned as a private vendor is to be sure to background checks on all future employees. Some people talk a good game but are very deeply and mentally troubled. I hope this review will deter such negativity and misinformation that has been written in the comments below.
