The absolute worse State Run owned by Sentosa Care which have 25 indictments against them. Do NOT put your loved one there they may never let them out Dirty no help very minimum PT, understaffed.The dyalisis center is not acredited with the National Kidney Founday. BEYOND HORRIBLE

This is the best Rehab facility on the East End of Long Island. They have a new state of the art Dialysis Center. It is also a nursing home. Residents are treated with such dignity. I have several pals who entrusted their family members to The Hamptons Center.
