Bought a unit almost 2 years ago. Still waiting for it to be delivered. The staff has been extremely deceitful and evasive about a completion date. Be aware that this seems to be their business model. Also be aware and maybe have your lawyer change drop dead date. In my contract it gives them 2 years to finish but, I never thought that it would take so long. Ron (the sales manager) kept on giving us completion dates that were always a couple of months in the future and now we are at 23 months and counting. We are inuring substantial costs for storage and rent because we sold our house 9 months ago when the told us delivery was eminent.Talk to people that live there. Do you homework.
