The Bristal Assisted Living at Sayville

The staff in the Memory Care unit have been amazing during the pendemic. We are amazed at how well my Aunt is doing and continues to be healthy and engaged in this special environment.

Our family are extremely pleased with the diligent care and accommodations my dad receives at Bristal-Sayville. It's a difficult decision and he was initially adamant about not leaving his house. Once he experienced the attention and beauty of Bristal it all changed. He's not only happier but his health has improved too. I'm so grateful to the staff- they're truly concerned with his well being. Thank you Bristal Sayville!

I had interviewed two other assisted living facilities before the Bristol and in each one there was something that made me think it was not the right place for my mom, almost instantly. When I sat with Denise I immediately wanted to know more and see more. Denise took the time to explain so many more things than the other two places had.She answered all my questions and was not at all pushy. My tour of the facility was eye opening. The bingo hall , salon, dining room, courtyard and so much more. I never knew that an assisted living home could be so luxurious! My mom was reluctant at first but has since settled in and now takes advantage of most of the activities and trips they offer. She even calls me to tell me all about her experiences. I also love that I am welcomed as well when I visit or come to take her out for the day. I have never once felt unwelcome. The entire staff is so friendly and caring. They really know the residents too, not just by name but observe and notice the things they do. I was informed by Denise that my mom has taken to helping a new resident. I would never have know that because my mom did not tell me. That is how aware the staff is of the clients in their care. With an enhanced license, having a nurse and doctor on staff is a big comfort for me. I know that her everyday health needs will be taken care of and monitored. The quality of life that has been afforded my mom at The Bristol of Sayville is something I could not have given her if she had continued to live with me. I highly recommend checking out this assisted living facility if your are considering placement for your loved one.

The Bristal at Sayville has become home for our mom and our dad. Mom is well cared for by the Reflections staff and dad is building new friendships on the independent side. They each have spaces tailored to their individual needs under the same roof. We, their children, have peace of mind. We know that our parents are safe, cared for with respect and living with dignity. We are grateful to the Bristals professional, competent staff. We look forward to building new family memories here.
