I have helped a great deal with helping my friend move in, going on 3 months now. People are great. Atmosphere is wonderful and upbeat. In regards to the entire structure of the building? It has issues. Nails popping dry wall cracking in stressed area's like elevator s and noise issue between units is serverley lacking in noise deadening insulation. You could hear a mouse fart in the next apartment. You can get more square footage and a quiet unit at Park place in Wilton for half of what these residents are paying. Cold breakfast? It comes on a truck. If your deaf as a stone and like spending money but don't get what your paying for, maybe a pent house apartment would be better suited.
