So i call hoping to get more information about the place for my close relative she was interested inthis particular location and I wanted to know if they provide a beauty salon and the receptionist just told me no we dont provide that and I kindly was moving on with a second question and all of the sudden she just said :OK BYE!!!!If the phone call can be this poorly answered i can imagine how the whole service is in there!Its a NO-NO FOR US!!!!

Wonderful assisted living home--great alternative to a nursing home. My mother in law lived at Gladhaven for seven years and was very well taken care of by a nurturing and loving staff. Highly recommended.
