my mother just got put in there and there have been too many issues like when you hit that button how long does it take for someone to respond to that light. i mean come on stop talking get off your duffs and phones and respond. would you do that to your loved ones. think about it

We walked in and the entire building reeks of urine. My mom's 'roommate' was literally yelled at by a nurse for not knowing what food she was being fed... she can't see. Avoid this place at all costs.

This is a terrible place to put your loved ones. Staff and nursing staff do not care about the residents. The nursing staff need to be drug tested.

This is definitely not a facility you want your loved ones in. I have a family member here, and it is a constant battle with issues that range from improper care, neglect, etc. (too much to list here). There have been numerous complaints, letters, threats to pursue legal actions, etc. It is ALWAYS something. If I was making the decisions, I would remove the family member, however, I am not the POA. I have not heard ONE good thing about this facility, and I would urge anyone considering them to please due your due diligence and read reviews, check with people that have experiences here, etc. The positive reviews are without a doubt indeed fake, as others have commented. Employees may leave biased reviews, and although reviews are subjective, when you have SO many reviews that can personally attest to the poor level of care, something is not right. Look at the nursing home site reviews and elsewhere. I guarantee you will hear horror stories. Not only that, but there is a constant breech of security here, proper protocols arent followed, sensitive information is mishandled, etc.
