The management here is very unprofessional. If you need to call Kelly she never answers the phone. What if it was something important as that is why anyone is calling you. All the residents are snotty and drama. Made my gram feel like garbage 99% of the time so she turned into a home body. If you are looking somewhere for your loved one . Friend or anyone and want good communication and just respect do not go here. Then place is not kept up on like all the other senior places. We went to another ( not mentioning ) and wow it took our breathe away it was so welcoming and EVERYONE said hi. Oh and the management was very very nice.
