The Sentinel of Port Jervis, An Assisted Living Community

Moving your loved one to assisted living is one of the hardest decisions to make. Once you meet the staff at the Sentinel, you are comforted in knowing that they are dedicated and caring professionals. They have made our Mom (as well as us) feel welcome! I know that the Sentinel will become a important part of the Port Jervis/Tri- State community.

A phenomenal community! This wonderful residence is operated by some of the greatest staff members anywhere. Highly recommended!

A little over 2 month ago I had the pleasure of going to the Sentinel of Port Jervis to go on a tour with my mom. I found the facility to be beautiful and the staff friendly. Although I went through all the apprehensions a person would go through knowing youre entrusting your loved one to essentially strangers, I have experienced how the staff have won my mom over with their patience, compassion, and playful ways. I have seen my mom thrive, making friends and become involved in the Sentinels awesome activities. The Sentinel of Port Jervis has really been a blessing. I want to give the administrative staff a thank you for making the admission process so easy., Id like to thank the hands on workers such as Nurses, Medication Techs, aides, kitchen staff and the activities staff for their hard work. You have all made a believer out of me! I would recommend the Sentinel of a Port Jervis to anyone looking for an awesome place for their loved ones.
