Nice apartment, it is perfect for families who seek a calm environment. Gardens are well-maintained always. There is plenty of space to walk around or simply lounge outside, especially for families with kids. Moreover, aged people can move around in these colorful and calm surroundings.

Lived here for the past two years in a 1 bedroom, 1 bath- nicely laid out units. Beautiful grounds meticulously maintained. Friendly, responsive super. Dog-friendly. Onsite parking available. Had a great experience here and would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet community vibe in garden style apartment complex at a fair price.

Ive lived at the Arbors for 3 years now. Overall Ive had a really good experience living here. The super Amauri is great! The grounds and landscaping are always beautiful. Location is awesome right between downtown PC and Rye ridge shopping center.But dealing with management was hit or miss for a long time.Im writing this review because I want to commend Ismael in the management office for taking care of the problems in my apartment the same day I complained about them. And he even called me back after to make sure I was satisfied!Good turnaround in customer service. Hope you keep it up.

I have lived here for 2 years and plan on living here for more. The super is always available to help with any troubles (which are far and few between). They do a great job of keeping up with the maintenance around the premises and especially with the landscaping. Its a beautiful place to live!
