Avoid! Very poor care. They had flu outbreak, some workers wearing masks. I ask and told a lot of flu cases. Then two weeks later emails comes to me about flu outbreak asking people to limit visit. Kinda late???? My mother got flu, the pneumonia and passed away! Many billing issues and mistakes. Charged $1200 one moth for extra personal care not needed or authorized. Raised rent almost 10% stating cost of their expenses went up. They gained about 25 residents that year at starting price of $3600 per month, not including any personal care . You do the math.

They string you along until they pull the rug from under your feet. It's a shameful way to treat the elderly.

They facility is wonderful. My mom loves it there! The staff one the other hand starting with your tour and finance department are horrible they just keep telling you what they think you wanna hear to string you along. They tell you one story after another. My mom has been living there and they promised her she can always stay there even after her spend down, that its a lie! To this day they are still playing games. Its a shame what they do to these families they take and take promise you this promise you thats it, wont put anything it writing its a shame.

My father was there for 2 years it was his home, the way they handled things when my father needed more care was terrible!! They strung us along trying to move his room then telling him they want him to stay there a long time! Then before you know it he was told he had to leave because they couldnt give him more care!! It was awful very insensitive!! The food is terrible too. He is in a very good place now . He ya very happy!! Dont do it people!! There are better places out there!!

I can't say enough about the wonderful staff at Atria. I have a difficult father who can be hard to handle and they have such a kind and dignified way of handling him. They make him feel heard. They are amazing!
