My husband stayed here and was well cared for. He enjoyed the comfortable and friendly environment. The staff are knowledgeable and attentive. We are very grateful for a place like this.

The Esplanade at Palisades is a special place--lovely facilities and grounds, outstanding staff, a warm and friendly atmosphere. My parents, who are near 90, are very well taken of here and the whole family is grateful.

My dad lived there for a while and he was happy there. It is a warm environment Unfortunately, he was hospitalized and his room was robbed. His passport and wallet was taken and G-d knows what else. I contacted the manager when I received my dad's phone bill with calls made to the Dominican Republic, made while my dad was in the hospital. Manager said he'd 'get to the bottom of it' and told me he'd call back. Surprise! He didn't. Coward. As long as your loved one is well, you are ok, but if someone goes to the hospital, high tail it down there or their belongings will go 'missing'.

The living conditions are nice and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. The staff is nice and caring.
