I don't understand how anyone can give a review on Brightview Lake Tappan yet since it is still under construction. So I will review on what I know so far, its due to open Oct 2018. As for the pre sales team Cindy was great. There is also Brightview in Paramus NJ. We also looked at that location and it is also top of the line. We have decided to go with Brightview Lake Tappan for my Mother in-law because it is closer to us and we feel she will make friends faster since everyone will be new. Also the apartments/common areas look beautiful and the area is great with the parks right next door. We have looked at many places and this is top of the line. The price well it's not but cheap but comparable to this area.So when I see someone gives 3 stars for a place that is not open yet, I think you need to explain yourself.
