This agency lied to my face about the program and threw it all on my lap to deal with. I am not an aide and was told TOO BAD, MY PROBLEM when they couldn't provide the aide service that they promised. They turned my life upside down and they don't even care. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone unless you want false promises and attitude to boot! On the way in they screwed me over and on the way out as well. They said that the lady I am POA of is all set to move to assisted living but still charging her for the service that she wasn't even there for! This agency needs honest help and not a bunch of liars in that place!!! Kathy the nurse being the worst person I have EVER dealt with! I filed a few grievances and I feel nothing has been done at all to rectify the situation at all....
