By far the worst experience ever. I cant even believe the disturbing treatment My elderly mom went through at home in hospice. The aide was scrubbing her down like a car telling her how she knows whats going on and to pay attention. My mom was dying and twisted like a pretzel! Shame on you!

The nursing care was fine - I hired someone to care for my husband but one of their employees stole jewelry and clothes from our house and Right at Home of Mt. Kisco was uncooperative in submitting a claim to their insurance carrier despite repeated requests that they do They did not return our phone calls. One of the reasons that we used an agency is that they are insured.Bonnie Gartner Chappaqua NY
