This is my mom's second skilled nursing facility. The first was understaffed, old, dirty, smelly, with little to do. Seneca View is clean and bright. It is will staffed. The nurses, aides, and NPs are lovely people who treat my ancient and venerable mother with kindness and patience. They have made a real effort to get to know her and to pair her with a compatible roommate. They keep me in the loop whenever something out of the ordinary happens. They have been responsive to my questions, concerns, and suggestions.

Mom lives here we couldnt ask for a more Proffessional staff to be taking care of her. The facility is very clean.

Only because you cannot give a zero. Nurses here are incompetent! Be aware. The NP is incompetent. The nurses are, too. There is a Failure to diagnose and treat medical issues. all the nurses do here is push pills and disrespect patients and their families.
