My mom was a parent here and the lack of attention by staff led to almost dying from a blood clot. As a result of their lack of care she e fed up in ICU and an eventual amputation.

This center is a great place to send your family and to work at. I highly recommend it!!

I am so thankful that my grandmother is in the hands of the staff at NRWT every day. After having a stroke during a very stressful time when COVID was in its peak, we were worried about where she would go to receive the best rehabilitation therapy. Thanks to the staff at NRWT, they have made her transition to rehab seamless, not only for my grandmother, but for our family as well. They addressed any and every concern we had, alleviated our worries, and made us feel at ease with the care she was receiving. This team of staff goes above and beyond and treats each resident as if they are their own family member. I have been thankful enough to be able to FaceTime my grandmother weekly and witness the progress she has been making firsthand. The rehabilitation team filled with speech and language pathologists, physical and occupational therapists, and a full neurology team, has been working with my grandmother every day helping her regain strength and speech after her stroke. Staff members know how stressful this time period is for family members unable to visit their loved ones during COVID, so they went the extra mile, like they always do, to ensure that residents are able to communicate with their loved ones via FaceTime. Furthermore, there are many activities that the residents are able to enjoy daily that cheers them up and makes them happy. I would recommend this place 10 times over again if I could. I could not be more thankful for the staff members at NWRT who have made this challenging time for my family better. I am thankful my grandmother is in such great hands every day.

This is a place Id feel comfortable sending my loved ones

My uncle was a resident here for 6 years. He had been a recluse most of his life and lived alone. The staff here made him feel this was his second home. They were compassionate ,loving,friendly and professional in every way. I would highly recommend this facility for short term rehab( their therapists are dynamite!) or for long term care. From the therapy to the social workers the dietary staff and nursing as well as the recreation activity team- they are all hard working people and loving and caring individuals!
