My 92 year old mother has been a resident at Promenade for more than 2 months and I have to say she is in very good hands. Karen and her staff, among them Robert who takes care of just about everything, watch over her constantly. Mom is happy with the food, her room, recreation activities with Steve and the beautiful garden courtyard with running steam and pond. She is checked in on three times every night. Our family feels she is very secure there. We wish to thank Karen and the entire staff, front desk, maintenance and kitchen for the care and attention given to Mom.

The Promenade's quality of living is excellent and allows for a very comforting environment for residents and visitors alike. One worker I really enjoyed working with was Karen Treacy. A friend and I held an event to raise funds for Relay For Life, and she was a big help in putting it all together.

While fundraising for Relay for Life over the last few years I have been able to visit the Promenade on several occasions. I always have a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is warm, clean and inviting. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I am always fortunate enough to see Ms. Karen Treacy when I am there and she is always working hard to make sure that everyone gets what they need, including my friends and I, even though we are not residents.

The Promenade at Middletown gives all seniors an exceptional, happy and comfortable living environment. The staff is fantastic! Ms. Karen Treacy is so wonderful and an absolute pleasure to be around. When she walks through the building the staff and seniors alike are all so happy to see her. Great choice for your loved ones!
