I brought my mother to tour the facility. The person that provided the tour was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and cognizant about walking slowly in the facility. She spoke with my mother and I before the tour allowing for any questions. We opted not to use the facility because of the distance fro myself and friends that could visit her. The facility has many services and benefits to residents that live there. And the person followed up with me to see what we had decided. Very professional in many aspects. .
