My brother was having a seizure for days and no one recognized what a seizure is. He was in intensive care on a ventilator. He almost died. I talked to the nurse manager. She said it is hard to tell. Please give your staff seizure training

Where to begin... I've seen my grandpa a couple times while he's been staying here and it seemed like they were a good facility.. fastforward... since covid-19 they DO NOT DO ENOUGH TO ENSURE THE RESIDENTS THEY ARE WATCHING OVER ARE PROPERLY TAKEN CARE OF!!!.. My grandfather ended up contracting the virus even after we were reassured that the residents there were not going to be in contact with any other residents that did have the virus.. They may have the equipment to keep themselves safe but their procedure with covid-19 is NOT up to par with containing the virus.. I felt like I knew more about containment then the staff did.. If you have a grandparent here with covid-19 please move them to a hospital that has the proper staff and equipment to give them the quality of life they deserve during this pandemic!!!

Very unsanitary, staffing is clearly not following NYS guidelines. I will never step foot into this facility ever again I would suggest to move your family members to a better facility.

I was an employee there, recently left. One CNA for 60 patients, staff is so scarce that lunch trays still in front of patients at supper time, as no staff to help feed or assist. Call lights not answered for more then an hour. Staff temperatures are taken, but the night I worked, nurse was coughing and visibly ill. Patients with temperatures moved then moved again before covid Testing, patients with confirmed covid placed in rooms with patients still awaiting test results. Found 2 covid positive residents on a non covid hall.Was full time employee and they forgot to sign me up for earned benefits. Sad sad sad..... I am not a disgruntled employee, just clearing out up a painted picture. Signed a 18 year nurse

Try to call my mother and get put on hold. Then, i know they forgot about me 20 minutes later. So i call again, only to get hung up on. This happens everytime i call. If they treat me this way. How do they treat their patients.
