Dont send anyone here. My mom fell with the aide in the room with her. They never called me about it, they wouldnt have sent her for X-rays either, if I wouldnt have complained. They didnt even chart her fall until 5 days later when I complained in person. Then they released her yesterday and guess what, we are in a hospital by my house. She had to come via ambulance. Their care is terrible. The rooms are dirty. They tell a patient they will be back in a couple minutes and then they do g come back for over 5 hours!!!

List way too ooo long to list. Understaffed, takes away pills when they feel not necessary, food is terrible, dehydrated and blames other things. Many more.
