No one should call a hotline to discuss anything & we all know the little people in these places never get the respect & to be heared to much power over someone careers is wrong!! DO NOT WORK HERE MICHELLE PEREZ WILL MAKE SURE SHE GOES HOME EARLY SHE WILL CALL U CONSTANTLY OR TEXT FOR U TO COME IN UNTIL YOU RELIZE UR BEING USE THEN THEY FIRE YA!!

UPDATE: Last night staff pagers 'not working' in response to resident buzzer from their room! Nobody came. October mail delivered in December. Small rooms, no bathroom storage, scarce staffing, increased rates, decrease in food quality. Be careful what they promise you, everything is an extra charge, and may not even be done. Same exact activities all the time. Look carefully and think twice before deciding on this place.
