I've worked at the Bristal at Lake Grove since we opened in 2015. While I wasn't sure how working in senior care would feel for me, it ended up being a job I've come to truly love. Getting to spend time with and helping our residents every day has been an incredibly gratifying experience. Over the years, I've gotten to know many of my dedicated and talented co-workers, who all share a passion for the services we provide for our residents, and have helped make it a pleasure for me to come into work each day. The Directors and Administrators put their all in for our residents and staff day in and day out, and are committed to making our community the best it can be. I'm very proud have been a part of the team at Lake Grove from the beginning, look forward to continuing my career with The Bristal.

They have a supervisor working mon- Friday she is always talking about everyone. She is two-faced! Shes always talking about people, she cant keep anyones secrets. She needs to be talked to. The wellness director is so sweet, she is the best! Shes working so hard and does so much!!! But Supervisor needs to be talked to!! This is very unprofessional. She always annoys staff, when she talks to someone nicely then turns around and is fake to you.

My mom entered the Bristol at the age of 96, after leaving her home of 65 years. Although there was an adjustment period of a couple weeks Mom quickly found friends and began to enjoy her time. She told me how wonderful all the staff was and that they went beyond their jobs to be kind. Last month she began calling the Bristol home and thanked me for finding it for her. I thank the Bristol for great care and allowing me to sleep without worry.time is

I started working in the Bristal assisted living when I was 18 and now Im 20. This was my first job and I must say its been an amazing experience! The staff is so loving and welcoming. I have learned so much from my co workers. Management is super kind and they find anyway to make sure their staff and residents are happy and comfortable! Everyone is so caring and they go above and beyond for everyone. Im so glad I was given this job opportunity. I love coming to work and helping out my residents and being able to work with my co-workers!!!
