Their Reflections Program (memory care) : Do NOT send your loved ones here . They will lose them and not even care that they got out of this area. This happened to us. Mom got out and after 90 minutes & about ~1 mile away they called us to tell us that the police found her. Why not a phone call letting us know of the situation within the first 5 to15 minutes? Either they did NOT know she was out or did NOT care. Honestly, this place simply does NOT care about your loved ones. They will gladly take your $$$ though.

This Bristal facility is beautiful and clean. It has lots of amenities and activities. It is comforting to know that my loved one is part of an active community.
