Called about finding a hip replacement surgeon; explained my circumstances, receptionist replied 'So what do you want from us?' I asked for an ombudsman; she connected me with a service dealing with long-term care facilities, where I could leave a message because my call was very important to them. Just personally sick of such treatment.

When you are trying to figure out what to do with a parent who needs a high level of care, is a very emotional time and not easy to navigate. We received very competent counsel here which helped allay our fears and gave us steps to take. We are so grateful for the fine counsel received! Definitely worth a visit if you have this type of situation!
