When it became obvious that my dad needed more help than I could give, my search began for the right facility for him. I went and toured numerous places but the Bristal was in a league all by itself. The staff is amazing and were so helpful with the transition. They think of every little detail. My dad refers to the Bristal as Park Avenue. He is so happy there and thats what put my fears at ease. Thank you Bristal for being so wonderful

Structural Honor In crossing paths with Josh (Chef) it is to be of much acknowledgement his highly spoken of works for this facility abiding by state and federal guidelines... all to be wearing masks upon entering....temperatures are being taken before entry all equipped in PPE taking extra precautionary measure enforcing these rules and regulations. A pristinely kept facility . In Bravery Honor Loyalty & Sacrifice on the frontlines the infrastructure of Bristal Assisted Living Facility represents Top Notch Safety & Care in these critical times.....

Mom has been a resident for over 6 months. We are very happy with the facility and staff.

Most nights there is only 1 single aide covering 4 floors by themselves, which is below federal regulations for the staff to resident ratio. I've heard numerous complaints of aides beating and abusing the patients on multiple occasions. Residents acting out of control and attacking other residents as well as the staff, which the staff are not allowed to defend themselves. I would never let a family member stay at this place, especially not when you're paying close to $10,000 a month. They're understaffed, and the staff they do have don't seem to care. I would not feel safe that the nursing staff would take care of them, or they would be safe from other residents. The bristal level of quality seems to be going downhill, it's a shame they seem to be more interested with filling their empty rooms than taking care of their patients.
