HAVING YOU IN MY MOTHERS HOME HAS BEEN A FULL 360 TURN AROUND FOR MY MOMS WAY OF LIFE. HER HOME IS GETTING CLEANER AND MORE ORGANIZED. MY MOTHERS HEALTH AND WELL BEING IS INCREASING TREMENDOUSLY. HER CONFIDENCE IS INCREASING AS WELL. SHE DOESN'T FEEL SO OVERWHELMED. HERE HOME IS BECOMING HER SPACE THAT SHE WANTS!

Beth was very accommodating and professional when finding home care for my dad during our short stay in NY for the holidays. I called her a few days before we arrived because assisted living fell through and she was able to help is out. The only suggestion I would have is that they should try to send the same 1 or 2 caregivers so that my dad would be used to them and vice versa. Its hard to feel comfortable with a different person each time.

We used Home Instead for my mother in law, who suffered from Alzheimer's Disease 8 years ago and now are using Home Instead for my father in law who lives alone in Jamesport, NY. Our aides are wonderful, caring and very attentive. The office staff is very professional. They introduced our aides to Dad to go over the plan of care and are very approachable and professional. They communicate with us on any issues with Dad's care. We are extremely grateful to Home Instead Senior Care.
