Rescued my fam from here. They just had my fam sit in their chair all day till they got sores...sad

Absolutely horrible place! I so wish wed never chose this hole for my mothers rehab. Mom went downhill fast here and ended up with a dislocated shoulder that no one could explain. They denied her meal replacement shakes when there food wasnt fit for a dog. Then got a horrid urinary infection and died 2 weeks later. She was not sick going in, just need PT and rehab for a broken pelvis. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here!

My Mom went here after she was in the Hospital. This Place Is Bad I went everyday for 3 weeks and watched what went on Here and its not Good. Terrible Food..I had to bring her outside food. I talked to Kitchen manager..but nothing changed. Folks working here dont Care about the Patients its just a Job..and they dont like there Job and it shows...Doctor only showed up once in three weeks. He was busy going to the Fair.Another doctor on Video..thats Not Care..Head Nurse Sally Said My Mother was Doing Well..mean while she had and infection and it wasnt being addressed properly. Young Girl said my Mom was do8ng Well in the Rehab Area..Not True..she was getting worse everyday and No One was Addressing this.She was to get a Shower every Thursday..When I came in Friday I said Mom did you get your Shower she said No..when I complained to the Manager..they came in her Room at 10:00 at Night and Washed her Hard in her bed and they were mean to her. I can Go On and On..with stories.One day they left her on the toilet for over and hour..forgot about her.Another day they forgot to hook her Call button to her bed and she had to yell for Help.DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE...ITS TERRIBLE....RUN TO ANOTHER PLACEMY MOM left with an infection and Died..BAD CARE...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS...BELIEVE ME I WAS THERE 3 Weeks watching what was Going On..and its NOT..Good

Staff members especially the ignorant one who claims to be a supervisor named penny denied me the right to speak to my mother this thanksgiving, I have called from Arizona 2 days in a row only to get the runaround from different staff, with poor excuses why my mother is not available, one member seemed like she had no clue what here job even was and penny was the most unprofessional person I have ever delt with, give this place one star, would give them .1 star if that option was available, it seems some very miserable people work this facility
