Be ready if you gonna apply for any services to be humiliated, put down and talked about after you leave. They are always rude...not all staff but most of them. If you are Hispanic, black or other race than American you will get 110% more humiliation.

I am a single mom of 4, and this facility has ALWAYS been in my corner and extremely helpful. Even when I had to jump thru hoops and gotten denied because of little technicalities, they were always on my side on helping me get the assistance I deserve. My case worker herself has always gone above and beyond for me as well as her supervisor. Eventually nearly everyone there knew me on a first name basis when I would call. I have nothing negative to say about any one who works here. As long as you are doing what is required of you to obtain these services, you will get advocates who are there to help. Thank you so much for all you've done for my family! We definitely would not have been able to make it without all your help!
