This aide marybell is the most UNPROFESSIONAL aide i have ever seen! Yelling and treating patients horrible! This lady needs to go. I will never come back here. Management needs to get their head together because im telling everyone i know to never go here. Insane.

The first time I walked in there was no front desk staff, no security, really just no one period. I ventured down a few halls to look for assistance and found a nurse or aid or whomever laying in the lounge on her phone and when I went to ask her where my grandfather was, she barely moved and gestured me in a general direction with her hand. Also, they do not provide proper or even bare minimum assistance for the residents. Poor. Just POOR!
