Friendly staff however their elevators have issues everyday. It takes forever to go up and down in this center

From the time you walk through the door until the time you leave the facility shows an aura of being unfriendly and unprofessional. The lobby has no chairs for guests friends or family to sit while waiting for resident to come down. The elevators are constantly broken. You then get on the floor to meet the resident and the staff are exceptionally rude and unprofessional. They act as if the residents are animals in cages. The quality of the food is not suitable for animals in the zoo no less humans. Their patio looks like a construction zone or a jail. The staffing is very inadequate due to the constant turnover which makes it difficult for the residents to get what they need.

Horrible service. Doctors,aides,nurses care about paychecks not patients. Awful ,boring,bland,inedible food. Doctors are unqualified with no medical experience and rarely seen. Floors are gross and dirty.
