Very rude management. Didn't feed my grandma for a week. A patient died it took take 4 days to figure out he was dead. My grandma had a black eye and told me her nurse hit her. Please don't send your family here

My experience with LILC is that the staff there works hard and is responsive. My loved one who lives there seems engaged and well cared for. I feel so fortunate that we found this place and highly recommend checking it out if your loved one is at a time in life when living alone is no longer safe.
