They don't do background checks. So make sure you do. They will allow anyone into your home without checking them or if they do they don't tell the consumer. I found this out the hard way. Thankful for the aide I have and had to do my own background check as well as have to pay out of pocket for drug testing. Because they do neither. I've gone months waiting for an aide that had been ready to have a position due to the politics of how they run their company. The only reason they got 2 stars is because I found and vetted my own aide being in a fixed Income they make sure you have no choice.
