As a home care provider in the area, we have had several clients who are residents at Atria Delmar - all of whom have nothing but great things to say about the community. The rooms, common areas, and other amenities are clean and comfortable. The food is consistently outstanding. Residents are friendly and engaging, especially to newcomers. There are always great activities and outings being planned. Lastly, the staff from the Executive Director to aides are compassionate, dedicated individuals. We have had nothing but great experiences working with the Atria Delmar team. I would highly recommend someone looking for a great community to give Atria Delmar strong consideration.

Terrible place, most of the staff could not care less about the residents. The food is awful and gets worse each day. The menus that are presented at each meal are dirty and food stained, complaints about the awful food go no where, All Atria cares about is the $$$$$. I would not suggest anyone have a loved one live there. Don't be fooled by the grounds and the inside.

I am so impressed at the calendar the Activity Department at Atria Delmar has arranged. What a lot of work! The director must really care for her residents. There must be an understanding that these are real, whole people who deserve the very best and deserve to be respected.

My mom enjoys her room at Delmar Place. The staff have been helpful, kind and cheerful. The Activities Director whose professionalism, creativeness, enthusiasm and compassion has made all the difference in my mothers life. Not having to worry about the safety of my parent gives me piece of mind.
