I contacted this facility and within 24 hrs she was admitted. When she arrived at Delhi she was confused, unable to communicate, dirty, over medicated and was not taken to the bathroom for the entire week she was at the hospital in Utica. We felt hopeless. Eleven days later she is talking, eating, clean and the staff put me on FaceTime with her everyday ! The staff are AMAZING!. We are now hopeful and grateful...THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who has had a hand in my mothers treatment to this point.

So, because I Stacy Stevens left apparently a not so good review Mr. High and Mighty decided to not let me leave any others. Well, I had a VERY Interesting week with my father this past week. You had a nurse that argued with Hospice, not compassionate with family. The list goes on and on. And I can not even begin to tell you, seeing how I live 10 1/2 hrs away how much money I have spent at hotels. Just to find out this visit after spending at least $1500.00 on hotels that there is actual a family room at the facility. Boy, do I wish someone told me that weeks ago. Oh and great job on responding to the 'good' reviews and completely ignoring the I guess not so good. Now that's a man that should be in charge. Just like Bridgwater, huh?? Some things never change or shall I say people. Get some things straighten out in that place. But I often wonder your capabilities to even do so.Thank you for completely ignoring this review. Doesn't surprise me. Stacy Stevens

Under staffed and Administration is not professional. Poorly run facility.

A very low quality facility. They pay below minimum wage. Residents are not treated with respect. Neither are the employees. The management is very disorganized and unskilled. Equipment in the kitchen does not work properly. I will be contacting the proper state authorities to investigate what I saw there.
