My father caught COVID-19 in Skyview and they never informed my family and I. We found out as a result from him being hospitalized days later. A few weeks later my father passed away. When we went to Skyview to pick up his belongings, in the box with his clothes and personal items were plates of old food and cups with liquid in them. It appeared as if someone scooped everything in his room up and threw it into a box. If this is how they treated his personal items knowing his family would pick them up after losing their loved one, I can only imagine how they treat residents. I would not recommend Skyview in Croton-on-Hudson.

Skyview rehab is superb! Very clean, professional atmosphere. Hands on doctors and NP. Their nurses and aides are friendly and caring. Their physical therapy team is out of this world . They really do care about your experience and health, and do as much as they can to get you the care you deserve . Customer service is impeccable. I recommend if you are looking for a family friendly rehab facility for your family member. They do their best to accommodate all your needs. I loved it there. Thanks Skyview !

Don't do this to someone you care about! My father was admitted Friday to rehab from a broken hip. The experience has been horrific. Simple request on Friday, check that his meds include Ambien. He needs it to sleep. No one checked. No Ambien noted in his chart. He was up all night. The bathroom was covered in the excrement from the previous patient. It took hours to be cleaned. The nursing care has been thoughtless and sloppy. Leaving him without his socks on after an exam when his hip is broken and he can't reach his feet. I could go on and on but I think the point is made. If you have n option, take it.
