I've been working with Hearthstone's 'companion care' program for the past few months. Vitaliy and Julie have taken amazing care of me and my aunt. I've made many special requests and in all respects have been a difficult client, but they've never made me feel that way. Communication has been excellent, and they have gone above and beyond to find aides my picky aunt will like, and to work with me on scheduling so I can extend our home care budget to cover just the hours I need. The aides I've worked with have been wonderful, knowledgeable, patient and compassionate people. I can say the same about Vitaliy and Julie. I highly recommend!
