Amazing place!

Please DO NOT send your loved one here. It is an awful place. They abused My grandmother. She was there for only a few weeks and they put her in a diaper (only because they were lazy) and left her to sit. She now has the worst bed sore anyone has ever seen, that may never heal without a miracle. I am just so disgusted with this place.. Please look at other options if you love your family.

Disgusting as soon as you walk in the door, smells or mold and mildew. The walls and floors are visibly dirty, staff is rude and not happy. The morbidly obese lady with the Karen haircut at the front desk needs to be fired, her attitude and arrogance will get her in trouble one of these days.

The staff is wonderful! Caring, hardworking always on the go. Unfortunately most of the time the center is understaffed which makes wait time for nurse/aide help longer than should be. This weighs heavily on the staffa stress they dont need. My suggestion: hire more aides!I could name so many people who worked beyond their duties but here are a few who stood out because of their work ethics and actual caring for their patients: Jeanette Doney; Heather, PT; Sabrina, OT; Carol, nurse; Becky, aideshe is an amazing person as well as an incredibly fast hardworking aide. Any day she was off duty was a sad day for her patients.The kitchen staff did a remarkable job preparing delicious meals! Well balanced and perfect temperature. Kudos to them! From maintenance on up each and every member had a continual smile regardless of the circumstance they faced that day.I want to assure you I am in no way affiliated with your center or anyone who works there! Keep up the good work!
