Mary Agnes Manor, Adult Assisted Living

Administration is great ! Mary, the head administrator, is a bit standoffish but the rest of the staff made up for that. From the start, the admissions person, Drew, helped me feel better about putting my mother in Mary Agnes. She helped reassure me and helped me feel better about making the right decision for me, my mother and the rest of my family. So far, the aides have been great and my mother is adjusting to her new life at Mary Agnes. Don't let the reviews fool you.... I believe I made the right decision by bringing my loved one here and you will too !

The administration and nurses are honorable. I was band from visiting my mother because a resident named 'john', who also has the Alzheimer's disease claimed I didn't bring back his lottery tickets, which I did, in fact my ex. Girlfriend and I brought them to him. Even though their cameras could prove this false accusation the administration and nurses don't want that. Because I caught the employees, nurses steeling medications, not caring for residents and neglecting residents. Of course they don't want me in the building because I record these things occuring,.... So obvious to a duck they fabricated something that is not true or substantiate. I've recovered several neglectful, horrible and horendace things that occured there. I visit my mother there everyday, unlike most that don't get any visitors at all, but because I'm there they treat my mother a certain degree better because they know I'll go all out for my mother! The place does have some great employees but, most don't give a dame about our relatives. I guess that's why it's rated 2 stars out of five...Speck for itself! I pray that those that live there receive Gods protection! The rest is in the hands of our creator. I must admit, since my mother has been there ( 2016), she hasn't been to the hospital in ICU, which prior to being placed there she was in hospital 2 - 3 times a year.

My husband was on the fourth floor and he had wonderful people taking care of him. The nurses and aides are very caring. Margaret Baker who oversees the floor is fantastic. She is as concerned about your loved ones as you are. Place was clean, staff friendly. I would recommend this place.

Aides are largely unprofessional and absent from resident floors and care. Nursing supervisor is highly unprofessional and threatening to residents family and lets staff have unauthorized people in to eat and party.
