Moving to Boiceville was the best decision we made when we moved to Ithaca for two years. The neighborhood is friendly and safe, the people are warm and welcoming, and Bruno, George, and team are great with maintenance, always responsive, and helpful. I already miss Boiceville and will always look back on our time there fondly!

If I could give them no stars I would. The owner Bruno Schickel is rude an entitled. He wouldnt let my girlfriend speak when they were on the phone together and he lied to me about accommodations they had said they could do. We were looking for a month lease for the interm between houses and they had quoted me $1400 for a two bedroom with everything included and then had the agent who gave us a tour raise the price to $1600 plus a $1000 security deposit for a month lease! They lied and ran us around and are ignoring our requests and being incredibly unprofessional. They should be ashamed to call themselves community based.
