Honestly the facility its self is ok but the activities coordinators suck especially the one named Jenny . Very rude on the phone , just as bad of an attitude in person and not very present when needed . The residents looked bored and she wasnt leading anything when we visited. If I had someone like her running activities I would be bored too . If this facility wants to grow and actually cared about thier residents theyd get Jenny out and put somebody that actually cares about the residents fun and well being in .

The Sunrise of MillBasin is the best place I have ever had the pleasure of working. I am proud to be at a facility that cares so much about respect, dignity, and a person centered approach. I love that if a resident or team member has an issue the ED and all department heads have an open door policy. Perfect, no, but loving, homelike, and always striving for better. Id highly recommend it to any one looking for an assisted living, or a career.
