They really are Compassionate and Caring with their Residents .I love everytime i visit.Just like family.They keep residents involved and engaged with great Recreational activities. I would definitely give 5 stars.

This is truly a wonderful environment mostly due to the fantastic friendly and caring staff. I visit both my dad and aunt three to four times a week and leave with a smile and feeling of contentment for my familys decision to choose Brookdale Brockport

they don't clean wash clothes or give showers even though they charge a monthly service rate to do just that. they are understaffed because of very poor management
