My girlfriends mother lives here and their elevators have been down for months

The elevator has been broken for a very long time and no one knows if or when it will be fixed. As a senior housing with a large ammount of floors it is dangerous to have the ability for residents to come to and from. The residents and guests have to wait for a very long time to get to and from their homes and it is rediculous to have it out of service this long
