They had an open house to tour one of the patio homes. Given a personal tour. Very nice home. Top notch finishes in it. If anyone is downsizing and does not want the burden of owning/maintaining a home, this is the place to move too.

Very beautiful homes. Neighborhood is nice. Residents are very nice. Close to the city of Batavia, but far enough out to be a bit quiet.
