marginal after 40 yrs we think menu announced & current kitchen assisters do not know how to make.......probably didn't have ingredients or afford anymore. just turned on A/C in dinner room @ 12:20 today in switch behind a lock by maintenance. switched from a state certified recreationist & a 20yr practicianer to now an office worker that does arts & crafts ......no prior certification, too. nite crew is nice. got rid of all front office managment. new crew example= from a MSW to fill it with a nurse that is even limited as nursing. This dept. should have a S.worker that actually completed socialwork studies.
