Worst place that you could possibly imagine. The admission professionals will promise the world to the family, do not believe it! The things I witnessed at The Grand when my mom was in there were deplorable to say the least. One CNA on staff for 50 patients, I witnessed a patient fall, and it took over 20 minutes for anyone to assist, I witnessed patients ringing for assistance and waiting over 1/2 hour for someone to come and help them. The lack of patient care and understanding leaves a lot to be desired. The Director of Social Services is a joke and only gives excuses for any items that you address with her. If you leave a message for anyone, you will not receive a phone call back. The CNAs are unhappy and over worked and it shows and they have no problem voicing it to the family. If you have a family member being admitted to this facility do your homework, read the reviews, ask a lot of questions, because honestly this facility is absolutely horrible. I have nothing to gain from this review other then to warn other families about the mistreatments and the deplorable situations I witnessed. If you care about your family member do not allow them to be placed in this facility. They are honestly just trying to fill beds and do not care about the patients they are admitting and responsible for. If I could give no stars and rate this place the worst possible and warn everyone about it I would. From a daughter that cares about her mothers care.In response to the owner. HIPPA has nothing to do with my concerns or complaint about the facility. Its great to see after taking my mother out of your facility you choose to respond.

I worked at The Grand for over two years before moving out of state! I loved this facility, the residents are such gems and many of the staff are wonderful, caring, and hard-working people. I've seen many positive changes happen and continuing to happen which is very exciting! I would highly recommend job-seekers or families looking for skilled nursing services to stop by the facility and see if it's a good fit for you!

The place is understaffed, not clean. Do not put your live ones their. You win regret it if you do
