Beware of using Clayton Island Tours for any private charters. They violated their contract by taking a privately chartered wedding boat to run a side trip for a tour group when they were paid to wait at the wedding venue for guests. Surprise!! Wedding is over: no boat, gone with our purses, catering, drinks , etc. Guests wait in hot sun for an hour until they returned with a boat full of strangers to our wedding venue . Breach of contract ,theft of valuables, lying, not even a phonecall to apologize offer resolution. Stay away from this boat company.

I want to warn people about using the Swan Bay Resort Marina in Alexandria Bay. I just got charge a lot of money for them claiming I did damage to a pontoon boat that I had rented. I was blindsided by the bill on my credit card for something I claim I did not do. I've been coming to Alex Bay to rent boats and this is the first time at this Marina. I will never return and I recommend that people be very wary to this outfit.
