My mother was in rehab in June 2019. This place is poorly run and dangerous. There are some incompetent nurses, doctors and aids. My mother is oxygen dependent. Her oxygen was turned off one morning when we arrived. She was incapable of doing this herself. She suffered with a blocked bowel for days and was in excruciating pain. Staff missed it. We had to call 911 to get medical help. My mother fell out of bed and hurt herself even though we said we were concerned this may happen the staff took no precautions like lowering the bed or a warning mat. Several staff members were just cruel nasty people. On a positive not the physical, speech and occupational therapist were consistently excellent. I believe they were independent contractors.

I've worked at Teresian House for 3 years now, and the Administration is very serious about good Resident Care. They make sure everyone is well taken care of. I've heard there is even a long waiting list to get into this place. Teresian House is a good place for your older Loved One.
